Our
Secret Recipe Batter
Dates back to 1948. Still
to this day made by hand to the same recipe as used by the original
founder of Upton Fish Shop "Mrs Longdon". By carefuly
and rigorously sticking to the same ingredients and the same
labour intensive methods of production, ensures the continuation
of this superb batter.
Pardon the pun but "often copied but never battered" would be
a perfect summarisation!. |
